Step 1. open instagram app

Step 2. Logging to account


Step 3. click on settings

 Step 4. Click on "account'

Step 5. Then is to click on "cellular data" feature


Step 6. now you see the butten given right side swap left to right after doing this blue color appeared .this shows that you are start using this app. Follow orange circle given in the picture




Step 7 . If you want to see pictures in high resolution then choose in which mode you want to see high resolution picture
